No Motion by Committee:

Applicant was not present so the committee did not vote.  The committee does feel that the project is acceptable and would recommend adminsitrative approval.  They do recommend that the applicant work with staff on the following items:

• The applicant should verify the structural loads of the new signage on the existing canopy and verify that the canopy straucture is capable of supporting new signage.
• The applicant should provide detailed drawings illustrating how the power is routed to the signage and assure that the routing is hidden from sight and does not interfere with patio ptrons or the aesthetics of the patio, canopy or existing building.
